General Provisions and Validity
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the online shop and customers who order goods via the online shop. They apply to all deliveries and services provided through the online shop within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. -
Conclusion of Contract
A contract comes into effect once the customer places an order in the online shop and this order is confirmed by the operator. Confirmation is sent via email. -
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) by default and include statutory VAT and any other applicable taxes; prices in EUR and USD are based on weekly updated exchange rates. Payment is made according to the methods offered in the online shop. -
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times stated are non-binding. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately. -
Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of the shop operator until full payment has been received. -
Returns and Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing reasons. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The customer bears the costs of return shipping. -
Warranty and Liability
The operator is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of contract. Statutory warranty rights apply to defects in delivered products. -
Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Details can be found in the privacy policy. -
Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is Basel (BS). Swiss law exclusively applies.
